GD: Should who have minimum graduation qualification and good in speaking english and having knowledge of operating computers only allowed to government organization and psu and others are allowed to unorganized organization?
GT: Qualities of a good manager of PSU
8 qualities are given, we have to give ranking individually and then by discussing with the group.
Case study: Two page case is given having information about different TV broadcasting groups from different countries who want to take license in India, we have to choose a better one for India as per Supreme Court's verdict.

No introduction,
Directly M1, Aap aur hum kuch bate karenge and we have the opportunity to interview you and you may also have.
1. Asked about hometown.
Then that sir was telling himself about Kolhapur to others.
2. You have not written any games, don't you play any game?
(I told about my hobbies traveling and swimming)
3. Have you covered entire Maharashtra?
(I told about some forts, then the same sir was explaining others about Shivaji Maharaj and his forts himself.)
4. Then some questions on extracurricular activities.
5. Tell about your family.
M2-
6. Suppose you are leading some of the employees and one of them is not doing his duties properly. So you have 3 options fire him, consult him or tell the superiors. What will you do?
7. Do you know the working environment in a steel plant?
Sir1- 8. Do you know our plants are not in metro cities, then will you work in such area?
9. What are your favorite subjects?
(I told FM and Thermo)
10. What is the formula for flow?
11. What if we decrease the area?
12. Do you one number which is related to flying of planes?
13. Planes fly above or below 1 Mach?
14. At what Mach number jet plane fly?
(I said it is above 1 Mach but don't know exactly, they said it is 2 Mach)
15. Do you know about convergent-divergent nozzle?
16. What happen in it?

17. Do you understand hindi? Hindi me bat kar sakte hai?
18. Samzo aap train se travel kar rahe hai, lekin aapko seat nahi mili to niche baith ke travel karoge? Niche floor pe so jaoge?
M4-
19. Suppose, aap New Zealand and Papua New Guinea countries me ja rahe ho to kya tayari karoge?
Kis type ke kapde le jaoge?
M1- 20. As you know the working environment in steel plant is very harsh and you might be posted in mines also. Will you ready to work there?

10 - why are you not going for post graduation
11- how are you going to adjust in south India?
12- why there is two year gap after 12th
13- what you like to do in ur free time
14- who is ur favorite criketer and why
15- have you applied for other PSU
16- what if you get selected in other PSU
(I said, I will join IOCL first)
17- what is Bessemer method
(total 15 to 20 min)
GD: (1.5 hour activity, total 4-panel members)
(9 candidates in a group, 5 min to think, 20 min to discuss, Preferably in English)
some people are saying that Public sector undertakings & Banks in India are running in losses and lots of fraud activities are going on,
So do you think govt should privatize or should close these organisations
GT: for national integration priortise the below given points and write down ur ranking then discuss among the group and again write down ur group ranking
(5 min for you then 10 min to discuss in group)
1- by writing the papers by boys & girls in school
2- 3 years compulsary army training for all who are able to do it
3- uniform civil code throughout the country
4- every day half an hour should be spended to read message of national leaders
5- by forcibly applying dictatorship for 20 years
6- Dissolution of states based on geopraphical area and language
7- provide reservation for intercasre marriage
8- censorship of media who promote religious debate
9- by sending youth of 18-20 age group in rural areas for 2 years
In last you have to come to a common consencus
Case study : (15 min to read, 2 min to put ur view, 10 min to discuss in the group)
There was a lengthy case of 2 pages to read then u have to suggest possible cause & remedies
